I liked it. I admit, I found it a little amusing. But there comes a point when the mental voice acting, and the sometimes less-than-average drawings get a little annoying.

However, overall, I think this is pretty decent. I didn't laugh out loud, but my ears didn't bleed either, so you must have done something right.

Beautiful, crisp, sharp animation and artwork, beautifully done, and I felt sure the moment I started watching it I would give it a '10'.

But I didn't. Why? Because the storyline was too strange. It wasn't a bad idea, but the execution was slightly off, and I don't think it completely portrayed the message you were trying to get across. This, in addition to the somewhat emotionless voice acting, made what was a logical message seem completely illogical. Using the birds to depict this was unique, but if the voice acting and animation aren't completely harmonious - as is the case to a certain extent here - then it just goes back to being two birds flying, with a weird voice over in the background.

So, main point - more emotion in your voice acting. Nice work, anyway.

It was a little hard to understand at first, but I suppose you pick that up. As for the actual game itself...

I don't think the concept is what many people would consider 'fun'. I just don't see this working well. Also, the whole interface was a little boring, and the watching of the horse race just seemed like a bit of a pointless addition, really.

It's not terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I really enjoyed this flash. I can't quite put my finger on what it was that made it stand out to me - I suppose it was the originality of it. Your artwork, though not perfect, was refreshingly different, and my only other complaint was that I sometimes felt the music didn't quite fit the action in the flash. However, I must admit that it was a brilliant effort, with a funny twist.

I suppose it would have had even more of an impact if you hadn't revealed the entire essence of the flash in your writer's comments.

"A decent collab..."

It would be nice if the applicants had longer to work on their submissions, so that they could get them to an even greater quality, but the results of these three contests are good anyway.

I would say that Leafworthy, Bennoben, Chillyphilly, Luckydesign, Yingyong, Karl625 and Vincoid stood out to me as the best from all the submissions. A little late for me to vote though, no?

Anyway, a really great effort from all involved - I'm looking forwards to the next collab!

Truly a work of art. Any flash that shows forest animals hanging themselves and Rick Astley being decapitated is a good one in my book. Just look out for animal right activists... I don't think they'd take too nicely to watching a Panda being set on fire.

Also, be careful of being too crude with the dick jokes - I only knocked off one star 'cos I think you went slightly over the top, but others just went completely mental when they saw it and accidentally clicked '0' or '1'.

Well, at least I hope they were retarded.

Just the sheer amount of effort and time you must have put into that just amazes me.

The only thing I will say is that, with drawing, people are always judging your artwork, and in many cases the entire flash will only look as good as the weakest drawing. Originality managed to make up for some of the less spectacular (still good, but just not astounding) drawings, and this might be something to look out for next time - a drawn flash won't be as innovative next time, and so you really are going to have to pull some amazing shit out the bag to top this one.

"A good attempt."

Having seen the animator vs animation flashes, people are obviously going to compare your flash to these - and, sadly, while I believe your attempt is just as good as the original, many are going to say that this is just a cheap copy.

This is where I cut in. Your flash may be similar to the animator vs animation flashes, but there IS a difference between inspiration and complete rip-offs. Luckily, I can see the new ideas you have added to mix, which really makes it your own, and I congratulate you for that.

I really liked the ending, which was an original concept (and probably earned you some brownie points with Newgrounds staff, seeing as it was heavily based on the site), though the one thing I do suggest for improvement is taking out he tacky '15 minutes later' sign. The rest of your flash flowed nicely, and that sign felt a little bit like bird shit on a brand new car - its annoying, but easily fixable.

Overall, a great effort, and I look forward to seeing even better flashes from you.

The version on this site is pretty good, with decent music and a slight challenge. However, the version that has made it onto I-am-bored is literally impossible to beat, because one of the wall moves too quicker than your character.

Do you have any idea why this might be?

I thought it was imaginative an original, and congratulate you for that. I liked it, which is most likely why I gave it a higher score, but I feel it just makes the mario we know and love so well in 3D games come to life with 2D sprites - such as with the wall kick.

OK, I didn't give it full marks. Why? There was no end. It loops. And, personally, i hate loops. They give the viewer no window of opportunity to just stop and think about what they watched. If people like your flash, they will watch it again. You don't have to try and force it upon people.

You made mario your own by adding wacky and interesting stunts. You showed great animating skill. Even if mario did look like he was on steroids.

Nice one!
